With the new lockdown in the UK we would like to confirm how we are operating at this time.
We have minimal staff working in our Lowestoft office between 08.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday for the provision of commercial marine charts and publications. This is to ensure those who need to transport vital goods and services by sea and those supporting the offshore wind and platform community can continue to do so safely.
Charts and Publications can be collected from the Lowestoft office by prior arrangement but kindly note we are not open for “casual browsing”.
We can take orders for all our goods both online and via the telephone. Our couriers continue to work to deliver all orders in a prompt and safe way ensuring social distancing is always maintained.
We continue to monitor staff to ensure that anyone showing symptoms is isolated accordingly.
We will continuously monitor the situation to make certain that we are doing our best to keep our staff and customers safe.
